Wendir is a medium Ayleid ruin between Chorrol and Skingrad containing undead (quest-related). [edit] It contains two zones: Wendir and Wendir Nagasel.
Related Quests
- The Collector: Help Umbacano, an ancient artifact collector, recover the "Ten Ancestors", a set of ancient Ayleid statues.
Notes
- An Ayleid statue is found here for The Collector quest.
- The "main loop" of the ruin can be explored in normal or reverse order - either follow the corridor or drop down to the big chamber just in front of the entrance. "Normal" order (follow the corridor) allows you to see the guardian of the statue (stronger undead) long before approaching its door, and snipe it from a safe distance while the door is still locked.
- There is a locked boss chest (behind a locked door at H) just off of the first corridor.
Exterior
- The exterior is located at coordinates: Tamriel -19, 16
- This location's map marker (M on map) is named Wendir (editor name WendirMapMarker). The entrance door is NNE of the marker, 100 feet away.
- The following plants can be found near the entrance: 7 Clouded Funnel Cap plants, 7 Dryad's Saddel Polypore plants, 24 Fly Amanita plants, 1 Monkshood plant, 4 Somnalius plants, 5 St. Jahn's Wort plants, 13 Steel-Blue Entoloma plants, and 15 Viper's Bugloss plants
