I've noticed when this enchantment is placed on bows, you have to be close to gain the benifit. Is there a range assosiated with this enchantment?

What the hell? This was my favorite on Target spell in Morrowind! And why is there still an area slider? I don't get it. How can an On-Touch spell be an area spell? How can you touch an area? lol WRFan 17:50, 13 September 2009 (UTC)

Easy enough. Every enemy that's in the area's radius loses health and you receive it. The larger the area, the more enemies that will likely be in the radius. ^Talk Wolok gro-Barok _{Contributions} 11:20, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
