The Wastrel's Purse is an inn in Passwall. [edit]
The beds are unowned, so you can sleep here for free. Dredhwen, the publican, has weapons and items for sale as well as food and drink. Unlike most innkeepers in Cyrodiil, Dredhwen has a reasonable amount of available gold to barter with and will buy most items. Her services are available 24 hours a day until she disappears at the end of the main quest.
Relmyna Verenim resides in one of the rooms upstairs until the Retaking The Fringe quest.
