Fort Black Boot is a small fort between Bravil and Skingrad containing conjurers. [edit] It contains only one zone, Fort Black Boot.

This is a good ruin to train your skills. In the first room you encounter there is a daedra hiding behind the wall; good for a surprise-attack. Then you have to follow a few long hallways, with two easy daedra in it who can be disposed off separately. Be careful when you arrive at the next door, because the boss is next to you in the final room and you could alert him by doing something noisy.

When you open the door a tough fight follows, because there is a difficult conjurer there who can alert the other conjurer in the hall. Try to keep him in your side of the hall to prevent this from happening. The next room has an unguarded chest and a daedra in the bridge above. Then you arrive at the final room where the boss conjurer is waiting across the bridge. Go over the the bridge to attack him, because if you continue on and end up in the pit beneath the bridge, you alert him and give him a head start. Don't miss the boss chest next to where he was standing, it is the best loot in this ruin.
