Gelephor is a male Bosmer Commoner working as the watchman at the Imperial City's warehouse in the Market District. Gelephor lives upstairs in the warehouse. When he's not at work, Gelephor has lunch at the nearby The Feed Bag.

Gelephor also travels once a month to Bravil to pay a visit to the Skooma Den. Gelephor is not involved in any quests and does not offer any services.

• If the Skooma Den's lock is not opened by the player, then Gelephor will never return to the Imperial City, as he is not one of the Bravil Skooma Den faction that owns the door to the den. Since he cannot use the door, Gelephor will always be found outside the Den drinking Skooma with fellow addict Trenus Duronius. If Gelephor is added to the faction by using the console, or through a mod, he will be able to enter the door and would also be able to return to the Imperial City.
