[edit] Tips
I hope this is the appropriate place for this kind of thing (the stuff I added under Tips) - please let me know. Thanks... herichon —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Herichon (talk • contribs) on 17 April 2006.
[edit] Missing Warlord
I cannot find the warlord, and, hence I can't get the key. Is he supposed to be in the area with the bridge, table, and sleeping mat? -- Donley —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Donleyp (talk • contribs) on 20 April 2006.
[edit] Problem
I did all of that, except, I didn't stick around long enough to talk to the guy trying to steal the amulet. I snuck down at around level 15, seen minotours and spriggins, I then decided to run into the room and snatch and grab, on my way out the door, I seen a figure, slashed at it once with my sword (not knowing what the heck it was, he then said I'm on your side). I turned around knowing whatever was chasing me would stop for him. I actually tried to throw some fire bolts, but it looked like he died quickly. Anyway, I proceeded to run out the door, with spriggan and minotaur in tow. I ran out the door and back to leyawiin. I spoke to Agat? and she said oh, you found it good job, talk it to the crazy ole lady. I go over to the crazy ole lady and she keeps saying, "nothings changed.... blah, blah, blah". So I had a feeling I was supposed to stay and talk to the guy (that got killed). So I go back to the cave, find the minotaur waiting outside for me, It took me awhile but I finally slayed that guy. Then I proceeded back into the cavern, where the spriggin was waiting for me. What I ended up doing to kill her was to run around the corner and close the gate, pinning myself between the gate and the door (but the spriggin on the other side. I was then able to wail on the spriggin from the safety of the gate. Anyway, as I was going back down the cave, I got to the area where the maurader charater was and found that the door had re-closed and was locked and I apparently did not have the key anymore. Everyone else in the cave was still dead and no key. So I'm thinking this guy is trapped alive in the cave and I have know way to get to him? Am I screwed or what? - Uomiwon —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Uomiwon (talk • contribs) on 19 May 2006.
- Talk about the Amulet to the old lady.--Vook 04:43, 19 May 2006 (EDT)
[edit] Dagail's Wine Stash.
Article postulates that the cache of Cheap Wine behind her headboard is an alternate cause of her behavior. I'm more of the opinion the wine is her desperate attempt to silence the voices after her amulet was stolen. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 192.91.171.42 (talk • contribs) on 4 June 2007.

[edit] Help!!!
Once I had retreved the amulet I acedentally attacked Kalthar. I tried yeilding to him but he wouldn't accept. Help!!!--Apps001 00:08, 16 December 2007 (EST)
- Ummm... what exactly is the problem?? Kalthar always attacks you after you retrieve the amulet; you have to kill him to complete the quest. See the quest walkthrough. --NepheleTalk 01:58, 17 December 2007 (EST)
- Well I accedentally attacked him before he talked to me and I couldn't kill him he was onley knocked out!--Apps001 09:40, 18 December 2007 (EST)
- As the page already says, if you're on the PC you can use the console to move the quest on. If you're not then you'll probably have to reload an earlier save. —Rpeh•T•C•E• 09:48, 18 December 2007 (EST)
- I hit Kalthar also. as soon as he ran up on me on my xbox 360 and it said he was knocked out (Well, it said he was unconscious) When you knock him out on the 360, if you wait a minute he wakes back up, starts healing himself and the conversation will continues as if you never hit him in the first place. I do have GOTY edition so the bug may be fixed with KotN and Shivering Isles. I hope this helps! --MeBetter87 00:23, 2 April 2009 (EDT)

[edit] Impossible Note
I don't understand the suggestion to make a Mage's Hood of Silence -- you need to complete this quest (and the other recommendation quests) before you can enchant anything, so how can you enchant a hood to help with this quest? -- Joe —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.174.121.228 (talk • contribs) on 2 April 2008.
- That's a very good point. It's not even possible with Sigil Stones. I've removed the tip. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 03:36, 2 April 2008 (EDT)
[edit] Necromancer Suspician
Im on the 360 and sometimes the mages guild menbers say "kalther tried to take over the leyawiin mages guild proves you cant trust a necromancer even a redemmend one or something could someone put in notes —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 121.216.24.234 (talk • contribs) on 6 July 2008.
- I'm on the 360 too and I haven't had anyone say anything like that. Did you hear it in the "Rumors" option when you spoke to them? And which Mage's Guild said it? All of them or only the Leyawiin guild? I'd like to hear what they have to say if he was a "redemmed" Necromancer. --MeBetter87 00:08, 2 April 2009 (EDT)
[edit] Missing Warlord
Could someone please help me?? I'm in big trouble...i fought everthing in Fort Bluehood for the Leyawiin recommendation, but i had to run. The key-door hasn't been opened yet. The warlrod was chasing me with 1-2 marauders. I went outside the fort, they did not follow... I healed and went back in. Now they're all dead, but the warlord was missing... The article says that these guys guys won't respawn, so i've got a big problem because the warlord is NOT in the fort anymore !! What should i do ??? Destruction 12:08, 29 March 2009 (EDT)
- The first thing you should do, is completely search in and around the area where the warlord was. You've probably done this already, but it's always good to have another search.
- Secondly, when you went outside, did the battle music switch off? If you just couldn't see them, then they probably did follow you, but you didn't notice.
- Thirdly, and if that doesn't work, are you on the PC, Xbox, or PS3? If you're on the PC, you can use the console to put the key into your inventory. - Game LordTalk|Contribs 12:25, 29 March 2009 (EDT)

- Here my problem starts, i'm on PS3... It has been a while since it happened so I don't remember about the music :( but i did search the fort with life detect and there is nothing left, only the spriggan behind the locked door. So....i should search outside ??? Or....? Destruction 16:15, 29 March 2009 (EDT)
[edit] Missing Warlord--Same Problem on the 360
I have the same problem on the 360. My warlord is missing. I've searched every dead guy and even let them re-spawn. No warlord. I too left the fort while fighting the marauders. Any luck on finding how to overcome?... —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jaishu (talk • contribs) on 28 May 2009.
- I think the best thing you can do is to reload a previous save, from when you hadn't entered the fort. --SerCenKing Talk 11:29, 28 May 2009 (EDT)

- Unfortunetly that's long gone... —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.1.172.232 (talk • contribs) on 28 May 2009.

- In that case, you're out of luck. You'll have to go back to whatever previous save you have, no matter how far back it is, or re-start the game entirely. On the PC, you could easily work around this by using the console, but on a 360, there's nothing you can do other than loading a previous save. --Robin Hood (Talk • E-mail • Contribs) 20:54, 7 June 2009 (EDT)
