Eugal Belette is a male Breton Warlock and one of the Mythic Dawn sleeper agents in Chorrol. Once you complete the Dagon Shrine quest, he will attack you on sight. If you loot his house, you will find Mythic Dawn paraphernalia (such as robes and a Commentaries book) in his basement. Rumors around town reveal that others have noticed him acting strangely; Eugal seems to be the only agent who attracts the attention of other NPCs.
