The Shrine of Kynareth is an outdoor Aedric shrine to Kynareth. It only becomes available once you have downloaded the Knights of the Nine official plug-in. It is unmarked and located west of the Imperial City (map). It contains an altar to Kynareth, some ingredients, and 3 NPCs.
