Jeetum-Ze is an Argonian battlemage, in charge of new recruits at the Blackwood Company in Leyawiin. He is the one you must talk to in order to join the guild and learn their secrets. You will eventually have to kill him along with the rest of the Company during the last quest for the Fighters Guild. He does not offer any services.
