The Hjaalmarch Stormcloak Camp

Hjaalmarch Stormcloak Camp is a Stormcloak camp located east of Ustengrav and west of Mzinchaleft, approximately midway between the two.

Stormcloak soldiers are camped here under the command of Arrald Frozen-Heart. The quartermaster here will buy and sell weapons, armor, and ingots. Two horses can be found here, but mounting them is considered stealing. During the related quests Galmar Stone-Fist can be found here.

In the middle of the camp is a fire with a charred skeever over it. Three small tents are around the fire that the soldiers sleep in; they are also available for player use. The largest tent holds a map of Skyrim and is occupied by Galmar during the related quests. On one side of the tent is a slightly smaller tent holding a chest, an end table, and a bed roll that the commander sleeps in, with a wood chopping block just outside it. On the other side is another tent holding a wounded soldier, with an alchemy lab just outside it. Just down from there is an anvil, a grindstone and a workbench which is where you can usually find the quartermaster.
