Restore Attribute M points for D seconds
Increases the value of the target's given Attribute by M points each second for D seconds. (The duration is 1 second if not specified). The total increase is MxD points. Restore Attribute only repairs previous damage, i.e. from a Damage Attribute effect; Restore Attribute will not increase Attribute values past their base value. Also, Restore Attribute will not heal the effects of a Drain Attribute effect.
Internally, all of the various Restore Attribute effects are considered to be the same, so learning Restore Luck, for example, will give you access to all eight Restore Attribute commands at the Spellmaking Altar.

Note: As you very rarely need more than a few points of this effect, it's good that most of the ingredients with these effects are available as a Novice, since you can usually just eat them raw and get enough of the effect to fully restore you without having to mix a potion.
