Delphine is one of the last remaining members of the Blades, but she maintains the guise of the Riverwood village innkeeper at the Sleeping Giant Inn. At some point during the main quest line, she, however, leaves the Inn, telling Orgnar she's not coming back. She is trying to unravel the mystery of the dragons' return. Upon entering the Sleeping Giant, she's always yelling at the innkeeper about the ale going bad and scolding him for always ignoring her.

• She is voiced by Joan Allen.
• She will attack you if you hold a bounty. Pay off your bounties if she is hostile.
• If you follow her all the way back from the initial meeting with Farengar, she will simply switch to innkeeper voice upon reaching bridge despite being in armor. No option for dialog exists.
• When you meet her during the Bleak Falls Barrow quest, while she is talking to Farengar in his room, she is wearing a Thieves Guild Hood. This, combined with her knowledge of Brynjolf's connections in Riften, may imply that she at least keeps tabs on the Thieves Guild.

[edit] Bugs

• Delphine will attack you if you held a bounty but killed the last witness to remove the bounty. To avoid this you will have to commit an additional crime in that hold and then pay the fine for that crime.
• If you choose not to kill Paarthurnax, after some time passes, a miscellaneous quest will be added, labeled, "Return to Esbern". This quest can't be completed, and Delphine sometimes seems to disappear from the game entirely.
